Tim Biggerstaff, 88

Tim Biggerstaff, 88, of N. Charleston, SC, husband of Betty Self Biggerstaff passed away December 3, 2021.

Tim was born January 15, 1933 in Rutherfordton, NC, son of the late Floyd Biggerstaff and Mary Lee Kizer. He graduated with his Masters Degree in Wood Technology from NC State University. Tim worked for the Westvaco Pulp and Paper Company, where he retired after 30 years. He also founded Trident Lab Services, an Operations and Analytical laboratory in 1976, as well as serving his country in the US Army.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Biggerstaff; sons, Michael Biggerstaff (Chandra), Daniel Biggerstaff (Patty); daughter, Melinda Lewis; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and sister Gerry Berry.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Arnold and one brother, Jack.

His graveside service was held December 9, 2021 at Carolina Memorial Park, N. Charleston.
