Tommy Douglas Foster, 63, died September 18, 2026. Born in Cleveland County, NC he was the son of the late Bub and Hazel Campbell Foster.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Lane Foster and three sisters, Mary Etta Warren, Linda Anne Glover, and Betty Sue Powell.

Surviving is his wife, Sherry Smith Foster, his son Daniel Foster and wife Stacey, his brother Ronald Gene Foster and his sisters, Barbara Ann Stafford, Wanda Owens and Dorothy Smart.

Services will be held at a later date.
