Members of the Marine Corps League (left to right): Chris Brothers, Jay Luckett, Troy Stanley, Ray Gaj, Larry Lawing and Charlie Prince, at the headquarters on Trade Street in Forest City preparing to deliver Toys for Tots boxes to be placed in businesses, churches and schools across Rutherford County to collect Christmas toys for needy children. The Toys for Tots drive is already underway. Last year 900 children in Rutherford County received Christmas wishes from the Marine Corps League's sponsored project. Anyone needing to register children "should do it now" said Stanley. Applications can be received inside the headquarters or online at ToysforTots.org
