Virl Godfrey Davis, age 96 of Cliffside, passed away Sunday February 23, 2020.

The daughter of the late Charles Russell Godfrey and Clara Harmon Godfrey.

She was preceded in death by one brother Charles Godfrey, a sister Opal Godfrey Johnson; and her husband Kyle W. Davis.

Left to cherish her memories are a brother Rev. John Godfrey and wife Helen and daughters Terry Smith and husband John and Leslie Clay and husband James.

The service was held at Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside.

Memorials are to be made to Prospect Baptist Church 2610 Prospect Church Road Mooresboro, NC 28114.
