William "Billy" Scott Lewis, was born August 15, 1962 in Cumberland, MD, growing up in Mt. Pleasant, MD. Billy took his last journey October 17, 2025 while traveling from Florida to Shelby, NC on his way back to Frederick, MD.

Billy was predeceased by his parents, Carlton Ward Lewis and Dorothy Jean (Brinkman) of Mt. Pleasant, his sister Carla Lewis of Frederick and brother Terry Lewis of Cumberland.

He leaves behind a son, Ryan Lewis, of Myersville; brother Carlton Lewis (Karen) of Hagerstown and sisters Jeanne Lewis, New Windsor and Krista Appleby of New Market, several nephews and nieces and many close friends, as well as a very special friend, Laura Williams, of Florida.

Billy retired and spent the last few years fishing up and down the East Coast, between Florida and MD. When in Frederick, he was the Senior Vice President of Happy Wavy Guy Maintenance at Spectrum Carpet Cleaning.

A Graveside Service will be announced to family and friends at a later date.
