Mixed Results In Central Duals, NFL Down To Eight Teams

Held in Rutherfordton were the R-S Central duals this past Saturday and along with that came mixed results among county wrestling teams.

St. Stephens won the overall tourney (5-0 on Saturday), Crest was second (4-1), followed by R-S Central 3-2), South Point (2-3), Chase (1-4) and East Rutherford (0-5).

R-S Central’s Colin Cope led the Hilltopper grapplers in going 5-0 in his weight division, while Kaleb Hines also posted an undefeated 5-0 mark on Saturday. D.J. Bradley did well with a 4-1 record on the afternoon.

Have you walked with a two-year old?

Have you ever tried to take a two-year-old on a straight-ahead walk?  It just doesn’t happen.  Children that age have an entirely different agenda.  For a two-year-old, there is no sense of accomplishment with leaving point A in order to arrive at point B.  The only reason for even venturing out the door is the prospect of the journey—or to meander—between point A and point B.
