Mrs. Hines was preceded in death by her first husband of 50 years, Yelton Hames; her second husband, Otis Hines; her parents, Johnnie Roe and Sally Hodge Roe; and an infant son, Donald Hames.
She is survived by 3 sons, Junior Hames and wife Barbara of Cowpens, SC; Gerald Hames and wife Gail of Chesnee, SC, and Steve Hames and wife Joy of Spartanburg, SC; 1 daughter, Kathy Upton and husband Jimmy of Mooresboro; 1 brother, Billy Roe and wife Sara of Chesnee; 10 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
