16th Annual Kids & Cops!

The 16th annual Kids & Cops happens Friday, June 21 at Dunbar Park in Forest City from 9am to noon and it’s all free! Acres and acres of displays will feature police cars, helicopters, fire trucks, rangers, and an endless number of law enforcement, firefighters and technicians from all over Western Carolina. “Show and Tell” booths will be all over the grounds. There is no admission charge. Special shuttle buses will help get you get around. Make sure to bring your camera and your bathing suit. The fire department will be doing the giant water fountain spray for the kids. Free pizza and drinks will also be featured. Free “giveaways”, music and dancing. Kids & Cops is a curious little folks dream. There’s so much to do and so much to see. It’s a great display of how much the cops love the kids. After all, every kid knows, cops are our friends! If you have ever been there before, this year is bigger and better. You won’t want to miss this “Kids & Cops”! Be there for a good time!
