In healthcare, relationships matter. While patients often see providers for a visit or procedure, what many don't see is the teamwork behind the scenes that helps make exceptional care possible every day.

This month, Dr. Jason Glover, podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon, and Certified Medical Assistant Donna Cook are celebrating an incredible milestone: 18 years of working side-by-side at Rutherford Orthopedics.

The duo began working together in 2008 and have been caring for patients throughout Rutherford and Polk counties ever since. Over the years, they have become familiar faces to countless members of the community, helping patients regain mobility, overcome injuries, and stay active throughout every stage of life.

Together, they have cared for countless patients, building lasting relationships that span generations of families. For many patients, a visit to Rutherford Orthopedics means seeing two people they know and trust.

For Dr. Glover, their long-standing partnership is something truly special.

"It's rare to find a team that has worked together for 18 years and still enjoys coming to work together every day," said Dr. Glover. "Donna has been beside me through countless patient visits, busy clinic days, and challenges along the way. She knows our patients, she cares deeply about them, and honestly, she does a great job of keeping me in line."

Their success is rooted in teamwork, mutual trust, and a shared commitment to providing compassionate care.

"The best patient care happens when everyone works together," Dr. Glover said. "We've built a partnership that allows us to focus on what matters most, which is taking care of our patients. We're fortunate to serve such a wonderful community."

After nearly two decades, one thing has remained constant: their dedication to the people they serve. Whether welcoming a longtime patient back to the clinic or helping someone through a new health challenge, Dr. Glover and Donna continue to bring experience, compassion, and teamwork to every interaction.

Congratulations, Dr. Glover and Donna, on this remarkable milestone, and thank you for the care, commitment, and teamwork you bring to our community every day.
