Agnes Cogdell Beam, age 94

Agnes Cogdell Beam, age 94, of Forest City passed away Saturday May 8, 2021.

Agnes was a native of Garza, Texas.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Mike Beam of Ellenboro, Tim Beam of Forest City and Priscilla Prescott of Forest City; 7 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Beam; parents Robert and Rebecca Hoyle Cogdell; daughter Diane Keeter, a grandson, brothers Claude and Rev. Odell Cogdell; sisters Etta Hoyle, Betty Jo Pope, Helen Baker and Georgia Chapman.

Funeral services were held at Fork Creek Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Memorials are requested to the American Diabetes Association.
