Albert Ray Hipp age 68 passed away November 22, 2021.
Ray was born in Chester, SC to the late Albert T. Hipp and Louise Campbell.
Ray served his country in the US Army, being stationed in Vietnam, and later he served in the National Guard Reserves for the remainder of his military service. He then settled in Rutherford County. He owned and operated Hipp Body Shop for 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Hipp; 5 sons and 2 stepsons, 1 predeceased son.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
The family has asked that donations can be made to the Disabled Veterans of Spindale, 890 Withrow Rd. Spindale, NC. 28160.
