Anna Catherine Smith, 45, passed away November 21, 2021.
She is predeceased by parents, Hershel and Patty Wall Slaughter; brother, Luke Slaughter.
Anna leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Phil Smith; sisters, Ginger Ledbetter, Crissy Mathis and Lillion Slaughter; nephews, Todd Ledbetter, Jr, David Ledbetter, Toby Ledbetter, Jamie Clayton, Jon Clayton, Joey Clayton and Caleb Mathis; nieces, Amanda Ledbetter, Angel Ledbetter, Amy Ledbetter and Taylor Hutchins.
Services were held on December 2, 2021 at Robert Morgan Rutherford Chapel, Forest City.
