Arnold David Lovelace, age 73

Arnold David Lovelace, age 73 passed away September 27, 2021.

A native of Rutherford County, he is a veteran of the US Army and was awarded The Purple Heart for wounds received while serving in The Vietnam War.

Arnold was a member of Forest Lake Baptist Church and a former member of Smith Grove Baptist Church.

He is survived by one son, Michael Dills; two daughters, Cindi Crowe, Vicki Marks and husband Brian; one sister, Debra Ware; 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a number of other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife Alice Black Lovelace; one grandson, Josh Crowe; and one great grandson, Hunter Chance Price.

A celebration of life was held October 4. 2021 at Smith Grove Baptist Church. Military Honors were provided by the Rutherford County Veterans Honor Guard.
