Band competition trophy winners

East Rutherford Marching Cavaliers traveled to Enka High School on September 30 for the first marching band competition of the year. The band placed first overall in Class 1A. They also received 1st place Color Guard, 1st place percussion, 2nd place Music, and 3rd place Drum Major. Ryan Kisner is the band director. They and other area bands are competing again Saturday.
