Barbara Powell Brock, age 78

Barbara Powell Brock, age 78, of Forest City passed away on Monday, February 1^st, 2021.

She was born on September 4^th, 1942 in Burke County, NC.

Barbara was the daughter of the late Edward Leroy and Ann Powell, natives of Burke County. She was preceded in death by her first son, Timothy Brock. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Kerry Brock and wife, Nikki Brock, of Forest City, and their three children. She is also survived by another son, Kevin Brock of Forest City, and his four children. She had many nieces and nephews, along with others who thought of her as a "second mother".

Graveside services were conducted at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery, Forest City.
