Betty Hardin Lee, age 89

Betty Hardin Lee, age 89 of Forest City passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019.

Betty was born March 25, 1930 in Forest City and was a daughter of the late Samuel and Carrie Kiser Hardin. She was a member of Missionary Wesleyan Church and work retired from Aeroquip Corporation.

She was a wonderful cook and loved her flowers. Her greatest joy was found in being a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Survivors include her sons, Dennis Lee of Bostic, Ronnie Lee of Forest City, a daughter, Sheila Biggerstaff of Forest City, a sister, Dot Harrill of Forest City. There are five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held in The Padgett and King Chapel.
