Betty Jean Rollins Grubbs, age 90, of Spartanburg, SC

Betty Jean Rollins Grubbs, age 90, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, December 26, 2025.

She was the daughter of the late Clarence Rollins and the late Louise Rollins and a native of Rutherford County. Betty Jean was also preceded in death by her daughter Becky Grubbs and her son Billy Grubbs. She was a member of First Baptist Church of North Spartanburg.

Betty is survived by one sister Jeanette Hutchins and husband Bobby of Mount Vernon, two nieces; Tammy Gaddis and Kathy Burnette and husband Mark, one nephew Greg Hutchins and wife Beth.

The Funeral service was held at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel on December 29 with Rev. Richard Bass officiating.

Memorials may be made to Mount Vernon Baptist Church; Lottie Moon fund; 2676 Hudlow Rd., Forest City, NC 28043.
