Billie Jo Carl, age 49

Billie Jo Carl, age 49, of Forest City, passed away July 22, 2021.

Billie Jo was born June 23, 1972 in Rutherford County, to the late William Fred Carl and Elizabeth Blackwell Conner. She worked for Zachry Construction for several years and attended Grace Chapel in Forest City. Billie Jo's world was her family and especially her children. She loved each of them very much.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Hunter Carl and daughter, Candace Jones both of Spindale; two brothers, Ronnie Cox and Dean Cox (Tammy) all of Forest City and a sister, Jackie Hudson (Bobby) of Union Mills, 3 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The funeral was held July 31, 2021 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Ricky Poteat and Reverend Dean Cox officiating.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
