Bobby Joe Parker, age 77, of Forest City

Bobby Joe Parker, age 77, of Forest City, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2025.

Bobby was born January 18, 1948 in Benton, KY to the late Joe Parker and Doradean Dunn Parker.

Bobby owned and operated Parker Air and HVAC in Kentucky. He worked for Disney World as an engineer for several years and most recently for Harmony Hills Senior Living as a maintenance technician. He was an active member of the Livestream Church in Chesnee. He was an animal lover and volunteered at the Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his in-laws, Edward and Charlene Hall.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 22 years, Angela Hall Parker; son, Jarrod Parker (Gina) of Columbus, OH; daughters, Gina Justice, Charise Champion (Jonathan) of Forest City and Jennifer Regan (James) of Fletcher; brother, Gary Parker of Mayfield, KY; 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren along with all of their spouses and a brother-in-law, Tim Hall (Laura) of Forest City.

A memorial service will be conducted at 4:30pm on Saturday, August 16 at Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. David Henderson and Rev. Tim Hall officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:30pm prior to service time at the funeral home.
