Bobby Lawrence Kinney, age 80

Bobby Lawrence Kinney, age 80, passed away Sunday March 24, 2019.

Bobby was a native of Rutherford County, a retired textile employee, member of Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness Church and an accomplished singer.

Preceding him in death are his wife Brenda Kinney and his parents Reid and Cordia Crain Kinney.

Left to cherish his memories are his children Brian (Cindy) Kinney of Murrayville, Ga., Joe Kinney of Forest City, Danny Harrison of Greenville, SC; brothers Titus (Eartha) Kinney and Albert (Carolyn) Kinney of Mooresboro and sister Mildred (Merrill) Arrowood of Rutherfordton as well as 6 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Crowe's Mortuary and Crematory is serving the family.
