Boyce Lee Skipper, age 73, of Rutherfordton went home to be with his Lord July 2nd 2026.
Boyce was the son of the late John and Lillian Boone Skipper.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother John Skipper Jr.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 46 years Donna Skipper; son Jeff Skipper; daughter Paula Brooke Skipper; brother Alex Skipper (Mary); sister-in-law Kathy Skipper.
Boyce was a custodian for Spindale Elementary School and had previously worked for Tanner Corporation as a cutter. Boyce enjoyed working in his woodworking shop and especially loved his church family.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 9 at 2PM at Spindale Covenant Brethren Church with Rev. Craig Scruggs officiating.
