Bud Greenway, age 72

Bud Greenway, age 72, of Rutherfordton, NC, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022.

He was the son of the late Frank and Louise Greenway, and he was a native of Rutherford County.

Bud worked at the family restaurant with his parents called, Greenway's Cafe. He attended Calvary Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Bud was preceded in death by sisters Sara Lovelace, Sandy Hill, Frankie Smith, and brother Rusty Greenway.

Bud is survived by brothers Doug Greenway, of Rutherfordton and wife Lesia, Randy Greenway, of Rutherfordton and wife Lecia, and a numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was held at Calvary Baptist Church October 16 with Rev. Rick Wall and Rev. Scottie Huffine officiating.
