Carolyn L. Farthing McNeely

Carolyn L. Farthing McNeely, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2026. She was born in Richmond County, NC to the late David P. Farthing and Eva Mae Roberts Farthing. She is also predeceased by her three children; four brothers; one sister; Brack Kennington.

Left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, Shana, Matthew, David and spouses, Geoff and Emily; three great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Isaiah and Jeremiah; two son-in-laws, Jimmy and David; siblings, Linda F. Wattington and Richard A. Farthing.

During her lifetime, she worked in Retail at Belk. She loved to cook for her family, travel, play bingo, worship God and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children and other family.

Private Family Services will be held at a later date.
