Carolyn Landis Waters, age 73, of Forest City, passed away Monday, March 1, 2021.
Carolyn was born Saturday, February 21, 1948 in Rutherford County to the late Curtis Landis and Pearl Ledbetter Landis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Milan Curtis Landis.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of fifty-three years, Charles Rupert Waters; two daughters, Amy Gilbert of Hudson, NC and Melanie Gallo of Winston-Salem, NC; sister, Patsy Hewitt of Forest City; three grandchildren, and several nieces.
The funeral service was conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Interment followed at Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.
