Carolyn Terry Curtis, 87

Carolyn Terry Curtis, 87, of Ellenboro, died Monday, November 6, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Clemet B. Terry and Jeanette Davidson Terry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, C.B. Terry, Dural Lee Terry and Jerry Franklin Terry; and sisters, Tillie Terry Propes, Maxine Terry Green, Brenda Terry Manley, and Nellie Terry Condrey.

Carolyn retired as a seamstress from Doncaster-Tanner. She was also was a CNA. she was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, William Talmadge "Bill" Curtis; her daughters, Billie Curtis Herring and Cindy Curtis Hutchins and her husband Roger, of Ellenboro; her sister, Geraldine Terry Gibson of Forest City; and her brother, Bruce Terry of Ellenboro.

The funeral was held November 11 at Corinth Baptist Church. Rev. Neil Murray and Rev. Ricky Poteat officiated.
