Charlene Kay Padgett Normann, 54

Charlene Kay Padgett Normann, 54, of Kaysville, Utah passed away November 15, 2022.

She was born February 3, 1967 to George and Jamie Lou Padgett in Saint Cloud, Florida, and later graduated from St. Cloud High School.

She graduated from Belmont College in Nashville, TN. Charlee managed Manpower offices in Forest City and Ogden, UT. She loved working with people with disabilities and worked in sales with Columbus Community Center. For nine years in that role, she negotiated contracts for disabled workers to shred documents and perform various occupational tasks for corporations. For six years, she also chaired the Utah Governor's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities.

She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Steve Normann of Kaysville, children Gregory and Samantha Normann, mother Jamie Lou Alcorn Padgett of Kaysville, and sister Julie (Peter) Lindsay, of Greensboro. Her father, George Padgett, preceded her in death in April 2021.

A Celebration of Life was held November 20 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in Kaysville.
