Charles Martin, age 70, of Rutherfordton, NC, went Home Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
Charles was a native of Rutherford County, and the son of the late Brownlow and Mary Louise Martin.
Charles is survived by his wife of 52 years, Peggy Koone Martin, daughter Jennifer Martin Mason of Rutherfordton, son, Jason Martin and wife Trina of Tampa, FL, brother, Jimmy Martin and wife Brenda of Spindale, brother-in-law, Robbie Koone and wife Cynthia of Union Mills, eight grandchildren.
The funeral service was held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Rutherfordton March 22 with Rev. Randy Darling officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church; 130 Pleasant Grove Rd.; Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
