Charles Ray Wilson, 91

Charles Ray Wilson, 91, continues to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, November 27, 2023.

He was born to the late Roscoe and Mary Wilson in Gaston County. He is also predeceased by one brother, Lawson Wilson; brother-in-law, Robert Oakley.

Left to cherish his memories are his son, Chuck Wilson and wife Lynne; daughter, Debra Toledo and husband Ivan; daughter, Sonja Johnston and husband Kenny; son, Reggie Wilson and wife Brigitte; sister, Juanita Oakley; brother, Roy Wilson and wife Kat; brother, Ralph Wilson and wife Shirley; brother, Ronald Wilson and wife Peggy; a whole lot of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Ray retired from the United States Post Office. He served in the United States Army from 1952 to 1954.

Funeral Services were held December 1 at South Gastonia Church of God with Pastor Gilley officiating.
