Charles Robert Arrowood, age 73

Charles Robert Arrowood, age 73 of Rutherfordton, passed away Friday, June 25, 2021.

Born January 29, 1948 in Rutherford County, NC he was the son of the late Jessie Willard Arrowood and Faye Chatham Guffey. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War having honorably served in the United States Army. He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Linda Godfrey Arrowood; a daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Jeffrey Arrowood; a son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Dana Arrowood; four grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.

A memorial service was held in The Padgett and King Chapel. Military honors were accorded by the Rutherford County Honor Guard on the lawn of the chapel.
