Charlotte was an amazing servant of God who loved her family and her church, Ross Hill Baptist.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 49 years, Ralph Toney; two daughters, Sheila Weatherford (Jimmy) and Lori Henson all of Bostic. Also her other children, Donnie Self (Kim) of Forest City, Ronnie Self (Linda) of Mooresboro, Josh Self (Brittany) of Rutherfordton, Hailey Tipton of Bostic, Sherry Thompson (Mike) of Kansas and Angie Sutton (Greg) of Charlotte; 12 grandchildren, She is also survived by two brothers, Ernest Clark Self of Chesnee and Steven Lindsey of Forest City; three sisters, Linda Hooper (Ed) of Asheville, Dale Dobbins of Rutherfordton and Ramona Brewington of Union, SC.
Funeral services were conducted at the Ross Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Earl Godfrey and Reverend Tripp Queen officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Harrelson Funeral Home, 1251 US Highway 221A, Forest City, NC to help defray funeral costs.
