Clara Dean Wilson Crump, age 90

Clara Dean Wilson Crump, age 90, of Forest City, formerly of Charlotte passed away December 8, 2021.

She was born October 1, 1931 in Ellenboro to the late Colon and Bessie Wilson. She graduated from Ellenboro High School, and received a secretarial degree from Kings Business College in Charlotte. Clara was an active member of Eastern Hills Baptist Church in Charlotte for forty-six years. She worked as a secretary for Factory Mutual Insurance for forty-two years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Alexander Crump; brother, Max Wilson; sisters, Mallaree Wilson Greene and Madeline Wilson Hamrick and one nephew.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Michael Alexander Crump of Forest City.

The funeral was held December 15, 2021 at Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ernie Cole officiating.
