Domestic Violence Education/Support Group
Women who are victims of domestic abuse, or who never want to become victims, are invited to a free Domestic Violence Education/Support Group which meets 2 hours each week on Tuesdays. Extension Successful Gardener Program
“Edible Herbs for the Garden” held Sat. May 11, 9am-11pm at the Rutherford County Extension Center; 193 Callahan-Koon Rd., Spindale. Festival
Sat., May 18– Spring-Go Fest at Chimney Rock Village. The Day-long Festival will kick off with a Parade down Main St. and a Pancake Breakfast at the Fire House. Fire trucks from all around the area will roll down Main Street for this old fashioned mountain parade, as well as everything from floats to kids on bikes. Cow Pie Bingo will return to the festival this year along with music, craft booths, and plenty of eats at the town’s Gathering Place and throughout the village.
