Support Group - 3rd Tuesday of Every Month
If you are caring for a loved one with a debilitating disease we offer resources, education, and support on your journey. Come spend an hour and relax, learn, and make friends with caregivers in the same situation. Book Sale

Bat Cave Fire & Rescue BBQ
Annual Independence Day BBQ on Sat. June 29, 5-7:30PM at the firehouse. Come out and enjoy a really good BBQ plate and then add your choice of the many delicious homemade desserts. All proceeds will go to buying much needed equipment and your support will be greatly appreciated.
 
Domestic Violence Education/Support Group

Extension Successful Gardener
Programs continue in July featuring the “Demonstration Garden” on July 13, 9am-11am at the Rutherford County Extension Center; 193 Callahan-Koon Road in Spindale. The program is free, but you are asked to contact the center at 828-287-6011 to register.

Crime Stoppers of Rutherford County: Program established for the purpose of obtaining info about criminal activity & fugitive felons. Have information about a crime? Report is anonymously. You do not have to reveal your name. Your info could get you a cash reward. Crime Stoppers 828-286-8477.
 
Advance Care Planning: Sessions consist of a private consult to understand the purpose and use of living wills and health care powers of attorney. Sessions are free. Call Joey Revis at Hospice of Rutherford County at 828-245-0095 to schedule an appointment or for more info.
