Food Demonstration
Fri. Aug 17, 7am-9am at Rutherford County Farmer’s Market. Come out to the farmer’s market early Friday morning for fresh produce and food samples. Forest City Repertory Theater

Relay for Life Book Sale
We just added some brand new books and refreshed our used book section. We also have DVD’s and some books on tape. Hardbacks are $2 and paperbacks are $1. All proceeds benefit the Rutherford County Relay for Life. The sale will continue throughout the summer or until the books are sold. Held at Rutherford EMC; 186 Hudlow Rd., Forest City. Mental Illness Support Group
Holland House is a not-for-profit consumer-run Drop-In Center for adults with mental illnesses. It is a place for adults to meet and talk with their peers, obtain community resource information, to hang-out when other services are not open and to be among people who share similar experiences.
