Darrell "Rusty" Eugene Morrison, 67

Darrell "Rusty" Eugene Morrison, 67, passed away January 29, 2026. He was born in Cleveland County to the late Charles Morrison and Jean Hutchins Morrison.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Vickie Davis Morrison; son, Landon Morrison and wife, Tosha; grandchildren, Logan and Tucker Morrison; brothers, Dusty Morrison and Pete Morrison; uncle, Randy Gantt; numerous nieces nephews, friends and co-workers.

Rusty was a member at Crestview Baptist Church and a member of Cleveland Masonic Lodge #202, of Shelby. Rusty held multiple positions at Duke Energy. He was also an employee of the City of Shelby and was currently an employee at Robert Morgan Funeral and Cremation Service, LLC. He was a graduate of Crest Senior High School.

Funeral Services were held February 3 at Crestview Baptist Church with Dr. Don Berry officiating and music by Jeremy McSwain.
