David Earl Higgins age 54 passed away, Saturday, April 25, 2020.
He is survived by one daughter Kaitlyn Higgins Byers and her husband Joshua, two grandchildren; his life companion, Elizabeth Yelton and a number of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents William Earl Higgins and Grace Roberts Higgins.
A celebration of David's life will be held at a later date.
