David Franklin Martin age 68

David Franklin Martin age 68 went to be with his Lord February 5, 2023.

David was the son of the late Paul Reid Martin and Rosa Lee Franklin Martin.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Monica Martin; daughters Katherine Rose, and Mary Therese Martin Sellers (Stacy Nicole Sellers); Brother Paul Richard Martin (Lavone); sister Benita Martin.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Robin L. Martin.

David spent the majority of his career serving in the US Army where he retired as a 1st Sergeant. He was an Eagle Scout.

Services were held February 9 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Forest City. Military honors were provided by Rutherford County Honor Guard.
