Donald Ervin Henderson, Sr., age 77

Donald Ervin Henderson, Sr., age 77 of Caroleen, died October 15, 2021.

Donald was born December 12, 1943, in Rutherford County and was a son of the late Jessie James Henderson and Myrtle Luckadoo Henderson. He worked for many years with the Rutherford County Solid Waste Department

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Carolyn Henderson and a brother, Doyle Henderson.

Survivors include his son, Donald E. Henderson, Jr and wife Cynthia of Caroleen, brothers, James H. Henderson and wife Betty, Harold D. Henderson and wife Marie and Larry Scott Henderson and wife Lamonda, his sister, Ernestine Pace, his sister-in-law, Kathy Henderson as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

A gathering of family and friends was held October 18, 2021 at The Padgett and King Mortuary.
