Douglas "Steve" Radford, 86, of Forest City

Douglas "Steve" Radford, 86, of Forest City, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday, February 8, 2026.

He is survived by his wife, Hattie Roberts Radford; daughter, Stephanie Edwards; stepdaughter, Alison Jessup; stepson, Randy King (Deborah); sister, Elaine Hardin; grandchildren, Kyle Jessup and Kayla Burchette (Phillip); great-grandchildren, Corbin Jessup and Oliver Jessup; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wade Evans Radford and Mary Kate Burgess Radford, and his brother, Wade Edward Radford.

Steve owned and operated Steve's Cleaners in Spindale for 27 years. He was a member of Main Street Baptist Church.

A funeral service is planned for Thursday, February 12 at 1pm at Main Street Baptist Church, Spindale with Dr. Jack Green officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
