Douglas W. Flack, age 77

Douglas W. Flack, age 77, of Rutherfordton, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020.

He was the son of the late I. K. Flack and the late Mavel Murray Flack and he was a native of Rutherford County.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Flack, and 3 sisters, Jackie

Lawson, Sandra Lee Prince, and Grace Epley.

He is survived by his loving wife: Lorrine Hill Flack. One Daughter: Susan Elaine Canupp, Monroe, NC. One Son: James Douglas Flack, Monroe, NC. One Brother: Ike K. Flack III, Kannapolis, NC. And five Grandchildren.

The graveside service was held at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.

Military honors were provided by the Rutherford County Honor Guard.
