Eloise Richards, age 84

Eloise Richards, age 84 of Forest City, passed away Friday, August 28, 2020.
She was born on November 4, 1935 in Snap Creek, Logan County, WV and was a daughter of the late Jiles Emmitt and Thelma Marie Edwards Richards.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Paul Richards, Jiles Richards, her sisters, Mary Daugherty, Sue Smith, Roberta Bevins, Peggy Sliger and a grandson,.
Survivors include her sons, Ronald Guy Damron and wife Lorraine of Rutherfordton, Donald Ray Damron and wife Charleen of Elizabeth City, NC, a brother, Alton Richards of Culpepper, Virginia. There are also seven grandchildren, as well as six great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was held The Padgett and King Chapel. Interment followed in the Cool Springs Cemetery.
