Ethel Guffey, 81

Ethel Guffey, 81, of Union Mills passed away Saturday, June 6, 2020.

A native of Rutherford County, Ethel was the daughter of the late Clyde Ree and Anne Clements Whisnant.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Jean Scruggs (Audrey), Joan Watson (Malcolm), Lynn Osteen (Terry); seven grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Guffey and brother, Charles Whisnant.

Graveside services were held at Cane Creek Baptist Church cemetery.
