Back in Forest City we dropped by to lend our support at the Harmon Street Baptist Church at 398 Harmon Street. The special occasion was Poor Man’s Supper and Special Singing to benefit Miss Leah Hedgpath. Leah needs a very expensive back operation and the entire evening was dedicated to helping her out. The terrific guest singers were The Eubank Family, The Gospel Travelers and Wanda Champion. It was a very uplifting evening. Pictured here with her Pastor John Godfrey is Leah. Harmon Street Baptist is “that little church with a big heart.” Stop by for a visit. You’ll be glad you did.
