Forest City bookstore recognized as top in area

Travel Guides Asheville has recognized Next Door Used Books in Forest City as the # Bookstore for Bookworms near Visit Asheville. Located at 139 Thomas Street, in the Town of Forest City, Next Door Used Books offers customers a "cozy atmosphere in which to browse while having the opportunity to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee," said owner Kiowa Cilone.

Whether looking for titles by favorite authors or are just interested in discovering new ones, Travel Guides said the bookworm is sure to find the book at the Forest City shop.

Cilone said she is honored her bookstore was selected.

"It is pretty cool. Absolutely," she said at the store this week.

The bookstore is open Wednesday-Friday from 10am to 6pm and on Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
