Local singer Lee Newton and her son Cash were mayor Steve Holland's guests to push the button that lit a million lights. Lee recently released an original song called Daddy's Little Girl. The lighting was held inside the new Main Street Studio of WAGY, Downtown Radio and was recorded by Carl White for his TV show Life In The Carolinas.
