Frances Jenkins Hamrick, age 95

Frances Jenkins Hamrick, age 95 of Mooresboro, passed away November 8, 2021.

She was a native of Cleveland County and the daughter to the late Lawrence and Maggie Price Jenkins. Frances was the widow to the late Frank Elliott Hamrick Jr. and a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Mooresboro.

In addition to her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by two sisters; Thelma Jenkins and Pauline Scruggs, one brother Jack Jenkins and one son in law Danny Splawn.

She is survived by daughters; Elizabeth Roberts (Cisco), Margaret Edwards (Harland Jr.) and Lois Splawn, son John Hamrick (Aletta), nine grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral was held November 13 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Hamrick and Rev. Randall Cooper officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Building Fund at 1301 Mt. Pleasant Church Rd. Mooresboro, NC 28114.
