Frank Edward Keeter, age 85

Frank Edward Keeter, age 85 of Forest City passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016.

Frank was a son of the late Will and Leona Keeter and was preceded in death by one son, Kevin Keeter and one grandson, Daniel Mabe, three sisters and three brothers.

Frank was in Used Car Sales for sixty years and was the previous owner of Keeter Mobile Home Park. He was also a member of Robertson Creek Free Will Baptist Church in Bostic.

Survivors include his wife of thirty five years, Cynthia Keeter, and eight children, Donna Vassey and husband Kenneth, Michael Keeter, Danny Keeter and wife Billie, Scott Keeter, Losondra Terry, Laurie Moore and husband David, Billy Made and wife Tammy, and Michael Mabe and wife Lisa. There are also sixteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was held in the Robertson Creek Free Will Baptist Church with Reverend Colby Davis and Reverend Darvy Hensley officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery. The family wishes to thank Hospice of Rutherford County for their care and respectfully request that memorials be made to Hospice of Rutherford County, Post Office Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
