Frankie Lee "Pete" Greer, 55, of Forest City, NC, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Pete was born in Ashe County, April 5, 1969, to the late Roby Gene Greer and Wanda Grace Lawson Greer.
He was married to his wife of 22 years, Cynthia Marlene Hebenstreit Greer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Greer.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Cindy Greer; children, Brittany Kirby (Carl), Gracelyn Greer (Matthew), Roby Greer, Steven Twyman, Ginger Twyman, and Brittney Twyman; sisters, Lisa Lewis and Cindy "Pearl" Martin (Neil); a brother, John Greer; a sister-in-law, Kim Greer; three grandchildren, Hunter Kirby, Halter Kirby, and Tatum Emerson; 10 step grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 3pm Thursday, March 27 at the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service with Michael Lawson officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-3pm at the funeral home.
