Fred Lee Poole II, age 65, of Forest City

Fred Lee Poole II, age 65, of Forest City, passed away July 9, 2025.

Born in Gaston County, NC, Fred was the son of Fred Lee Poole Sr. and the late Lucy Ramsey Luckadoo. He worked as a skilled carpenter.

Fred is survived by his wife, Melody Poole; daughters Jamie Klatt, Sara Poole, Julia Poole, and Briana Baynard; sister Cheryl Wright; and brothers Chuck Poole, Mitchell Poole and Scott Poole and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, Fred was preceded in death by his brother Jeff Poole as well as his grandparents, Grady and Mamie Ramsey.

A memorial service was held July 12 at Community Church. Teresa Blanton officiated the service.
