Members of "The Well, where life happens" in Landrum, SC brought their food truck to the parking lot of the Main Street Baptist Church in Spindale and served approximately 250 meals to passers-by on Saturday.Folks drove or walked into the parking lot and were given a bag lunch consisting of a pulled pork sandwich, chips, dessert and potato salad. Also on hand for those who needed them were vitamins and water for the public. The Well staff will be back in Spindale in mid-March for another food give-away.
